Period underwear sizing guide
Measure your hip circumference and receive a personal size recommendation for our period underwear.
It is best to take your measurements in your underwear or while wearing very tight-fitting clothing.
Stand up straight and keep your feet as close together as possible.
Place the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of your buttocks. It should be snug, but not digging into the skin.
